Robert Edward Shilot III is a Charleston executive who guides organizational strategy in health services. As the president of Beltone Coastal, he directs an expanding number of Beltone Hearing Aid Centers across the Southeast. Operating 28 offices in North and South Carolina, Robert Edward Shilot III manages daily sales and marketing as ab authorized Beltone dispenser. He trains employees and helps open new offices of the leading medical equipment manufacturing company, committed to helping people hear better.

Mr. Shilot previously served as Beltone's director of sales. He managed a roster of 20 hearing care providers (HCPs) across 50 locations and service centers. Responsible for a territory extending from Tennessee to Ohio, he ensured that new HCPs received proper training and were on track to obtain licenses. He worked with personnel on treatment presentation strategies. He also trained them to fit hearing aids properly and to ensure consistently high-quality patient care.

Mr. Shilot devised marketing approaches, focusing on increasing the number of opportunities and tests administered and lowering patient costs. He earned Beltone’s Magnum Senior Master Practitioner Award three years running, as well as the Southeast Regional Excellence Award in 2025 as a network owner.
